   CHASCo May 2022 Membership Meeting

Please plan to join us for our May Membership Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2022. This meeting will take place in person at the Four Points by Sheraton Nashville/Brentwood and is scheduled for 10:00am to 2:00pm Central. All are welcome to join. Click here to register.

This meeting will be an opportunity to discuss and reflect on the virtual PiP conference, share lessons we have learned over the past year, and to celebrate being in-person together!

In hopes to remove any obstacles related to travel, CHASCo will be covering hotel rooms for participants and lunch will be provided during the meeting. Limited scholarships will also be available to cover mileage. We really hope to see as many of you as possible in person, please contact Kayce Matthews with any questions.

Meeting Location:
Four Points by Sheraton Nashville/Brentwood
760 Old Hickory Boulevard
Brentwood, TN 37027

COVID-19 Protocols: CHASCo will follow all local guidance on COVID-19 protocols. At this time, masks are welcome, but not required. We will be watching the numbers and will plan to make adjustments as necessary. With that said, we will have masks and hand sanitizer available for those who would like them. If you have any special requests or need accommodations, please email me and we will work together to meet your needs to the best of our ability.

CHASCo April 2024 Membership Meeting
By Kayce Matthews 18 Mar, 2024
Hello CHASCo Members, The annual Baxter Award recognizes the extraordinary contributions of CHASCo members who have gone above and beyond their everyday work to achieve excellence in higher education prevention programming. We are currently taking nominations for this award. Submit your nominations here by April 5, 2024. We have just extended the deadline to allow for additional submissions. Please note that all decisions and deliberations will be completed by the CHASCo Executive Committee. CHASCo staff is not involved in the decision-making process. Our executive committee will use a scoring system to evaluate the nominees on criteria including how the candidates have gone above and beyond to address the prevention of substance use, suicide, sexual or interpersonal violence, and related prevention issues; and their success at fostering cross-campus collaboration at the local, state, and/or national level. Best, Kayce
